-Down size me Please?-

Since i got not enuff money to joint marie france,or london weight management even buying expensive meal replacement..currently i am back to my old fashion diet programme...


hehehe,

I dont touch the rice..the oily food the red meat,...only fresh veggie and light meal such as cornflakes.and at night only plain water...hehehe.

It does reduce my weight up to 2kg in just two weeks.


Oh not to mention u have to do some light exersice as well such as dukung ur kid up and down.As for myself the 12 kg kid of mine enuff make me sweating.

so folks..in order to reduce the excess baggage u need to do extra work.Be determine.Be cool hearted to the yummy food, and try to lead your life to a healthy way.

Now i am still going ..and keep going to reduce this excess meat of mine ....with my own diet regime.
muahahahahahaha..

Kes ina lain plak.. Nak gemuk sikit.. Tapi masalahnya nak naik 0.5kg pun payah.. Tapi kalo turun 2kg sebulan 2 mcm x ada apa2 je.. Uwawawawa!! Susahnya nak tambah berat badan i ni..

ye..mommy to be, nasik bukan tak bagus tapi as we grow older metabolisme makin turun tak spt remaja dolu-dolu..makan lebih dari had badan..tu yang ade excess disana-sini.hehehe
